It's a little difficult to rate this item at this time, I think it will take a few more weeks for me to see the results. It is easy to use and I do use it regularly. So I am hoping to start seeing some results in the next month or so.

Fantastic product! I have used it for about 3 weeks now and it has made great improvement in my skin texture and tone. I had pretty deep fissures in several places (frown lines, and parenthesis on corner of my mouth), I use the device longer in those areas and it has diminished the deepness of the lines. Love it! I've tried a lot of creams, etc w/o avail. This has provided the most drastic changes in my skin's appearance.

The MD Evis light therapy does work if you're willing to put in the time and effort. I've been using it daily for 10 weeks, three 18-minute sessions in the morning and three more 18-minutes sessions at night. That's what it takes to adequately cover all areas on your face and upper neck. (I also let it cool for 15 minutes between each 18-minute session because the device seems like it might over heat with extended use.) After 10 weeks of effort, my freckles/age spots have faded about 50%. My skin is noticably more firm. My jaw line countour has visibly tightened...and a number of fine lines have disappeared. Almost everyone who sees me comments on how much better I look. I plan to continue using the product. However, I think people who use it two or three times a week (as the directions seem to infer) may be disappointed. It takes a fair amount of time with it to get results.

I have been using this product for 6 weeks and it has really helped my sagging skin. I had a droopy eyelid that now is not drooping anymore. I love using this light it makes my skin feel good and tight. My only complaint is the beeper every three minutes is too loud.

This product, no matter how little I used, was way to heavy for my skin. i broke out. It was like an oil slick on my face. the gel creme is superb compared to this.

Although La Mer is a good cream, the fact that it contains MINERAL OIL prevents it from having any positive benefit to skin, long term. Mineral oil is one of the cheapest oils and has been taken out of most creams because it dries out skin and clogs pores among other things. If you looking for a cream that will benefit your skin and not just temporarily moisturize, look elsewhere.

This cream has turned my dry, dull, flaky skin around. I've read other reviews that say it's for people "of a certain age" but I am only 28 and I have had thirsty skin for years that nothing ever seemed to help. This is the first cream that I have used that actually hydrates my skin, and I only put it on once a day. I have used up my mom's jar that she gave me and got online tonight to buy a jar from amazon BUT I noticed a review that mentioned it was very pricey on amazon and they were right! Buy this directly from the Creme de la Mer website - it's only $110 for one ounce!
